I can exclusively report that Anderson’s adaptation of Roald Dahl’s ‘The Wonderful Story of Henry Sugar,’ starring Benedict Cumberbatch, Ralph Fiennes, Ben Kingsley, Dev Patel, will be released via Netflix next fall. This one won’t be done in stop motion animation, unlike Anderson’s other Dahl adaptation, 2009’s “The Fantastic Mr. Fox.” It’ll be live-action. Production for this one in fact ended this past March in London. ‘Henry Sugar’ deals with a variety of stories, but the main one follows Henry Sugar, who is able to see through objects and predict the future with the help of a book he stole.
