The film is an adaptation of Kotaro Isaka‘s novel of the same name, the book is a darkly satirical thriller dealing with a suitcase full of money and the assassins on the hunt for it.  A test screening happened in the West Coast last August. What I can confirm is that both people I’ve spoken to, who were at the “Bullet Train” test-run, absolutely loved it.  Leitch is primarily known as an action director, he kickstarted his career with 2014’s “John Wick,” and followed that one up with “Deadpool 2” and “Atomic Blonde.” Bullock and Pitt have never worked alongside each other, so that, in itself, can be seen as a major draw for movie fans. ”Bullet Train” is set to hit theatres on July 15th, 2022. A Cannes berth is heavily rumored. Contribute Hire me
