Todays news broke that Matt Damon and Robert Downey Jr. have been added to an already stacked cast that includes Cillian Murphy and Emily Blunt, which means that the film is starting to take shape. The film would carry a substantial budget, believed to be over $100 million, which had Universal immediately jumping onboard to work with Nolan. As mentioned, this is Nolan going back to “Dunkirk” territory.
