Now, much like every movie year, there was speculation that Le Clint is already set to direct a new movie, which could potentially be released by the end of the year. This would be his 36th film as a director. The man is a beast. Well, according to Variety, Sam Rockwell will star in Clint Eastwood’s upcoming film “The Ballad of Richard Jewell.” The film will the true story of Richard Jewell, a security guard during the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games that discovered a bomb and tried to warn people before it exploded. However, as the police investigates the threat they start to suspect Jewell as the person responsible for the bomb. Eastwood has built up a considerable fanbase of movie fans over the years. His name is now synonymous and represents many values within his base, they will go see whatever movie he directs or stars in just purely based on those beliefs (“Gran Torino,” The 15:17 to Paris,” American Sniper,” “Sully”).
