Netflix Explained: Cryptocurrency The ‘Netflix Explained’ series of short informative episodes is an excellent way for people to get a quick understanding of topics that they have no idea about. Each episode focuses on a different topic, and thus, there is one on cryptocurrencies as well. It is a 14-minute long episode that explains how cryptocurrencies were created, how they work and the potential they have in various sectors. Monero Means Money: Cryptocurrency 101, Live from Leipzig Justin Ehrenhofer is the man behind this documentary, which focuses on Monero, a fungible cryptocurrency. Dr Daniel Kim, a crypto expert, provides an understanding of how Monero works, and this is relevant for cryptocurrencies in general as well, as he also shows the impact that cryptocurrencies can have in the future. Crypto Rush ‘Crypto Rush’ is a movie directed by Liliana Pertenava which simplifies cryptocurrencies and blockchain in layman’s terms. Crypto This is the only movie on this list that is not a documentary or an informative movie in some manner. ‘Crypto’ is a crime thriller with cryptocurrencies as the central plot point, and we can expect to see more movies of this type in the future as cryptocurrencies become part of mainstream economic systems.
