Anyway, fact of the matter is this: What was supposed to be a swan song for Rambo and Sly has turned into the release of yet another sequel, “Rambo: Last Blood.” At this point, all I can look forward to is the same R-rated carnage of the last film. I don’t expect a work of art, nor do I expect anything new to be said. ‘Last Blood’ is a film that is surely intended to roid-up every ’80s action movie trope we’ve come to know all-too-well these last 30 years. “Rambo: Last Blood” will be released on September 30th, 2019.
