This contributed to the serious illnesses of people living in the community, so Erin decided to kick off her legal investigation. The Rainmaker This is a 1997 legal drama film directed by Francis Ford Coppola and based on John Grisham’s novel. ‘The Rainmaker’ tells the story of an attorney by the name of Rudy Baylor who is forced to take a job under another lawyer of questionable morals because he can’t find work. The Firm This movie directed by Sydney Pollack in 1993 is based on the legal thriller by John Grisham. Once, he finds himself in a jam because the FBI asks him questions to gather evidence about his colleagues.
